Shipping & returns
Free US shipping, out within one business day. Order the wrong size and we will send the right one — you keep the first pack.
Better still, avoid the problem — measuring takes a couple of minutes.
Shipping
Getting it to you
- Free shipping in the US
- Every order ships free within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay — no postage added at checkout.
- Out within one business day
- Packs are made up and kept in stock, so orders placed on a working day go out the next one at the latest. Orders placed at the weekend go out Monday.
- How it gets to you
- USPS Ground Advantage, which is typically two to five business days depending on how far you are from California. You get tracking by email when it ships.
- Outside the US
- We will ship anywhere, just not through the checkout. International postage runs several times the domestic rate and varies a lot by destination, so we would rather quote you the real number than guess at a flat rate. Email us your country and the size you need and we will come back with the actual postage and a link to pay. Customs duty and import tax are yours.
Returns
If something is wrong, we replace it
There is no returns process to work through. Posting a few grams of plastic back and forth costs more than the parts, so we would rather just send you the right thing.
- Ordered the wrong size
- Tell us the size you actually need and we will send it free. Keep the first pack — posting 4 small caps back costs more than the caps are worth, and you may as well have the spares. This is the most common thing that goes wrong, and it is the easiest to put right.
- Damaged, missing or not what you ordered
- Same answer: tell us what happened and we will send a replacement. Nothing to send back, no form to fill in. A photo helps if something arrived broken, but it is not a condition.
- Changed your mind
- If you would rather have your money back than the right size, email us and we will sort it out. Unopened packs are straightforward; return postage is yours.
- How long you have
- Thirty days from delivery for any of the above. Beyond that, get in touch anyway — if a cap has failed in normal use we want to know about it, because that is the whole reason this product exists.
